Programs
Grassroots basketball is designed to instill a love of basketball and encourage good sportsmanship. Players will be introduced to the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding in a fun and positive atmosphere
- Group consist of 10 athlete's maximum
- Sessions are 30min
- 4 days per week
- Monday- Thursday
-5:30pm-6pm
Young Ballers skills sessions are designed to build fundamental skills and basic building blocks of the game.
This group is for basketball players that are serious about improving their skills preparing to advance to the performance level of club teams.
- Group consist of 12 athlete's maximum
- Sessions are 60 Min
- 2 days per week
- Monday & Wednesday
- 6pm -7pm
Game Changers is advanced curriculum-driven Training.
This Session for High-level competitive athletes.
These are sessions preparing players to compete at high levels of AAU, High School and prepare for possible college transition.
- Group consist of 12 athlete's maximum
- Sessions are 60 Min
- 2 days per week
- Tuesday & Thursday
- 6pm -7pm
Little Ballers basketball is designed to instill a love of basketball and encourage good sportsmanship.
Sessions will include:
*Skill Work
Passing, Shooting, Defense, Dribbling, Rebounding, Ball Handling, and Offensive Moves
*Speed & Agility
Footwork, Defensive Slides, Sprints, Change of Speed, Change of Direction
*Hoops will be lowered to 8 feet. Players will use 28.5 size basketballs
