Grassroots basketball is designed to instill a love of basketball and encourage good sportsmanship. Players will be introduced to the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding in a fun and positive atmosphere

 

- Group consist of 10 athlete's maximum

- Sessions are 30min

 

- 4 days per week

- Monday- Thursday

Young Ballers skills sessions are designed to build fundamental skills and basic building blocks of the game.

This group is for basketball players that are serious about improving their skills preparing to advance to the performance level of club teams.

 

- Group consist of 12 athlete's maximum

- Sessions are 50 Min

- 2 days per week

- Monday & Wednesday

- 6pm -6:50 pm

Game Changers is advanced curriculum-driven Training.

 

This Session for High-level competitive athletes.

 

These are sessions preparing players to compete at high levels of AAU, High School and prepare for possible college transition.

 

- Group consist of 12 athlete's maximum

- Sessions are 50 Min

- 2 days per week

- Tuesday & Thursday

- 6pm -650pm

Ladies' DoWork skills sessions are designed to build fundamental skills and basic building blocks of the game.

This group is for Ladies in Elementary and Middle School in the 5th-8th grades.

This session is for ladies that are serious about improving their skills preparing to advance to the performance level of club teams.

 

- Group consist of 12 athlete's maximum

- Sessions are 50 Min

- 1 day per week

- Wednesday

- 6pm -650pm
